A regional blend showcasing the best of the variety. Delivering the ripe tropical fruit notes and passion fruit crunch of the Wairau with the steely minerality and sea breeze notes of the Awatere. The best of both worlds collide to deliver a powerful, hugely satisfying wine. Lovely lifted tropical fruit notes with real generosity. Great balance and great drinking, with Marlborough's jump-from-the-glass style.

Ripe fruit entry with excellent flavour and an attractive crunchy texture. The weighty palate has a lovely line of fresh acidity to balance the fruit and deliver excellent flavourful length.

Background

A blend of five vineyard parcels with the ¾ majority coming from the Wairau delivering real pungency and tropical fruit weight. The Awatere components give that lovely acidity and fresh herb green. A very attractive combination.
