Aromatics reminiscent of a fruit cocktail full of stone fruit, melon and green mango.
Stone fruit, melon and green mango are richly replicated on the palate, with a full textured mid-palate and an off-dry finish.
Ironically, 'Templars Hill' refers to a 19th century temperance society established in Bannockburn in 1877, with the meetings taking place at the local inn, although we suspect that the name is more likely to come from this nearby meeting place rather than the moral attitudes of the local gold miners at the time. Today this is the site on which the Mt Difficulty Winery, cellar door and restaurant stand overlooking Felton Road.
