Bright, vibrant crimson, cherry red with slight purple hues.

Nose

Lifted nose of dark chocolate and sweet black fruits, with a lovely overlay of toasty oak.

Palate

Rich, soft, full and intense. The black currant character is very dominant at the end of the palate with the middle palate being vibrant, bright and fruit driven. The secret to this wine is the use of a small percentage of Viognier during fermentation which makes this wine a delicious drink. A really 'pretty' wine. Enjoy.
