The nose is tight and elegantly concentrated with aromas of ripe black cherry and dark-red berry fruit, entwined with thyme herb notes, and lifted by red florals. Spice and black mineral detail unfolds, lending complexing interest
Medium-full bodied and well-proportioned, tightly bound and well-concentrated flavours of black and dark red cherries show with sweetness and vibrancy. The fruit reveals subtle thyme herb, spice, red liquorice and floral notes. Very fine-grained tannin extraction underlines the fruit, providing positive structure and balanced, lacy acidity lends energy and vitality. The palate carries to an elegant, lingering, well-concentrated cherryish finish with spice and herb nuances.
