Ten months in French oak barriques, 18% new
Grapes for this wine are all hand-picked then hand-sorted at the winery gate before being transferred to fermentation tanks. Traditional techniques are employed in the winery to bring the very best out of the grapes. This includes hand plunging up to three times a day and avoiding any harsh, extractive pumping right through the winemaking process. The resulting wine is aged in French oak barrels for ten months prior to bottling.
