Lobster Reef Marlborough Rosé 2018
A charming, brightly aromatic wine with an underlying structure that keeps it all in check. Ripe fruit and some residual sweetness are kept in balance by light tannins and fine acidity.
Mockingbird Hill Slate Lane Clare Valley Shiraz 2016
Like any good Shiraz, this wine is no shrinking violet, but it's the way Matthew Reimann has combined a sense of elegance and finesse with big, beautiful Shiraz flavours that sets it apart. It speaks proudly of to the Clare Valley's rich winemaking history; a classic in the making.
Hawkesbridge Marlborough Chardonnay 2017
Winemaker, Jo Gear, says "The barrel selection process for this wine was loads of fun. There were six different picks to chose from, a selection of clones 15, Mendoza and 548, and a range of barrel sizes from Barriques to Puncheons, all french coopers. Estate grown, vinified, matured and bottled, this is a genuine handcrafted wine, a much rarer story than you would think."
Champagne Louis Auger Brut Non Vintage
Fresh and crispy with great length. Very well balanced between the elegance of the Chardonnay and the rounded and fruitiness of the Meunier. This elegant Champagne is full of charm and character.
Anthem Ascend Central Otago Pinot Noir 2016
Anthem is a superb Central Otago label that's become one of our most-requested by customers. This single-vineyard Pinot reflects its Bendigo origins with silky tannins, warm cherry chocolate aromas and notes of violets and orange rind. This can be enjoyed while its young or will gain complexity with age.
The Sounds Marlborough Méthode Traditionnelle 2015
A return to the Chardonnay-dominant blend that we are accustomed to with this Méthode, it is again modern in style with the high proportion of Chardonnay delivering an elegance and refinement that is very appealing. As for previous vintages this wine is on the dryer side of Brut showing lovely complexity and flint.
