Two Fathoms Currency Creek Shiraz 2015
Currency Creek is one of South Australia's exciting new wave regions, although the area first got its name in 1837 by explorers Young Bingham Hutchinson and T. Bewes Strangways. They pronounced its depth to be about 'Two Fathoms'. The cool maritime climate allows for slow, even ripening of the grapes, resulting in beautifully balanced wines like this medium bodied Shiraz filled with bright red and dark berry fruits.
