Oak: French oak aged for 8 months - about 25% new.
Colour: Pale straw gold.
Nose: Ripe stone fruit notes with attractive Macintosh toffee lift and warm toasted oak.
Palate: Classically styled, full flavoured Chardonnay with good obvious oak supporting lovely ripe stone fruit flavours. Lees stirring has given additional weight and body and a full flavoured finish.
