Oak: Maturation of the wine is carried out in new American and second uses oak hogsheads over 20 months in our cool cellars
Colour: Deep red with purple hues.
Nose: Upfront it has concentrated fruit aromas of ripe plum and black berry with toasty oak, earthy spice and chocolate notes with hints of vanilla from the new American oak.
Palate: Generous, full bodied wine, with concentrated flavours of dark, ripe plum, cherry and chocolate with a toasty oak profile. Concentrated complex flavours with tight, fine grain tannin and acid balance, has great length and persistence.Decanting and resting for a period of time before consuming is recommended.
