Foods: Pinot Gris makes a great match for roast pork. Start at a high temperature to get good 'crackling', then lower the heat for long, slow cooking.
Oak: None.
Colour: Straw yellow.
Nose: Lifted floral notes with pear nectar - lovely and ripe.
Palate: Good weight and attractive varietal flavour with a surprisingly dry finish. Fresh and flavoursome. A well balanced attractive everyday wine with ripe fruit aromatics showing all that is loved about Pinot Gris.
