Oak: Oak fermented and aged 11 months, 25% new French oak.
Colour: Lemon straw.
Nose: Nectarine, white peach and underlying citrus notes with lovely cedar oak and buttered toast.
Palate: Elegant and textured with a creamy toastiness supporting the ripe fruit mid-palate and a backbone of acid gives lovely length.
