Foods: Lamb rack with parsnip chips, wilted spinach and cranberry cider glaze.
Oak: A combination of new and old French oak.
Colour: Deep garnet in colour.
Nose: The wine has a bouquet of pure varietal characters of mulberry and plums complexed with integrated spice and vanillin oak
Palate: Silky notes of mulberry and plum fruit characters flow onto the palate to mingle with mocha flavours finishing with a velvety mouthfeel. Firm yet fine tannins and great length ensuring this wine will offer good medium-term cellaring.
