Oak: Subtle oak.
Colour: Pale straw with green hue.
Nose: Fresh tropical fruit aromas with subtle hints of capsicum. Some passionfruit and citrus characters linger in the background.
Palate: Although it's fruit driven and flavoursome, the palate also has plenty of zesty acidity adding balance and structure. The tropical fruit flavours give a nice burst of vitality in the mouth, leaving you ready for another sip. This is a great all-rounder why not make it your 'house' white?

Background:

The Stonyfell name has been around the Australian wine scene since 1858, when Henry Clarke establised a winery in what is now suburban Adelaide. In 1920 following an association between the Martin family, then owners of Stonyfell, and the Salter family of Saltram wines, winery operations were transferred to the Barossa Valley, the current heartland of Stonyfell's production.
