Nose: Fresh grassy aromas with a touch of fruit salad tang.
Palate: A great Aussie 'classic dry white' style where fresh fruit characters are uninhibited by the use of oak. The flavours are of passionfruit and sweet pineapple and are balanced by crisp fresh acidity.

Background:

SSB blends are the latest fad as the two varieties work well together, offering a refreshing alternative to the plethora of chardonnays in the marketplace.
