Foods: This is a serious and structural Pinot Noir, built to last tand to be enjoyed with game and mushroom dishes.
Oak: Barrel matured for 12 months in French oak (60% new), a fifth was kept in aok for a further 3 months.
Colour: Dark, bright cherry-red.
Nose: Doris plum and cherry aromas with dried herb, liquorice and chocolate.
Palate: A dark, brambly palate with complex layers of spice, mushroom and fruit. The characters on the nose folow through on the palate, supported by fine-grained and supple tannins.
