Background:

Maglieri Wines was established in 1972 by Steve Maglieri, an Italian immigrant, with the original name of Gully Wines. The winery was an unpretentious tin shed. but now has 76 hectares planted to vineyards and a modern winery. Maglieri has won many medals and trophies for their wines, including twice winning the McLaren Vale Bushing Festival crown.
