Nose: Theres an appealing impression of just-picked flowers behind the typically varietal aromas of ripe pears and freshly cut apples.
Palate: A touch of spice adds extra interest right at the back. The flavours suggest vanilla and cloves, but the pear analogy also carries through. Gary made it just off-dry, which shows on the sweet-edged, opulent finish.
