Dorrien Estate The Valleys Barossa Valley Shiraz 2008

So rich, unctuous and luscious, this is almost like essence of blackberry, squared. Wonderful stuff not for the faint-palated!

Shiraz
Foods:
Char grilled steak served with green salad and crusty French bread.

Nose:
Lifted aromas of spicy blackberry fruit augmented with hamronious layers of oak that complement rather than overpower the fruit characters.
