Oak: Subtle use of oak.
Colour: Mid yellow.
Nose: Delightful aromas of melon underscored by citrus and oaky hints.
Palate: Fresh and light with the skilful use of oak adding complexity and structure. Lifted varietal fruit flavours from the Chardonnay and the Semillon grapes that has been cleverly worked with integrated spicy oak flavours.
