Palate: A full flavoured sparkling wine with apple-crisp fruit and some biscuity yeast lees character. Fresh clean acidity adds length and mouthfeel to the palate.

Premium sparkling wine grapes grown on Coonawarra's famed terra rossa soils. The delightful pale salmon pink colour of this wine comes from a tiny proportion of Pinot Noir grapes included in the blend.
