This wine is very pale in its youth, but with time will develop straw and light gold tints.
Nose:
Stonefruit dominates the nose of this wine; peaches, nectarines, apricots. Mingled with this are gentle floral and spice notes.
Palate:
Viognier is a low acid variety so the palate is broad, rich and weighty. The apricot and spice flavours coat the tongue from front to back and side to side and the finish lasts and lasts!
