At bottling, the wine was very pale indeed. With time, some pale straw and green tints will appear, followed some time later by light gold highlights.
Nose:
Wonderfully rich and intense. Lychee dominates the nose, but there are also background hints of Turkish delight and rose water.
Palate:
The sweet fruit characters and low acid of this wine make it appear sweeter than it really is. This also gives the palate richness and length of flavour.
