Oak: French and American oak.
Colour: Deep dark cherry.
Nose: Spicy, dark berry Shiraz fruit aromas and top class oak combine to make this a most enticing nose.
Palate: This wine has plenty of chewy fruit flavours, berry, cherry and spice. Extended maturation in top class AP John American and French oak has added depth, complexity and weight to this stunning wine. The tannins are firm and long, adding character to the finish. Will drink best at four to eight years of age.

Background:
