Foods: Pan-fried paprika pork with a spicy lentil and vegetable medley.

Colour:
Nose: Aromas of pears, red apples and melon on the nose, with hints of nutty oak characters.
Palate: On the palate the wine is medium weight with pears and peaches showing through, with a fresh acidity and clean finish. An attractive dry style wine.

Background:

The fruit was harvested on 15 April 2010 (1,125kg from the Locharburn vineyard) and on 22 April 2010 from the Aurora vineyard (2,700kg). It was whole bunch pressed and barrel fermented in French Oak. Download as PDF
