Will I receive a reminder?
As soon as we despatch your Wine Plan case (or cases) you’ll receive a confirmation email to let you know your wine is on its way, and how much you’ll be charged.

How do I stop a delivery from being sent or cancel my Wine Plan?

Remember, it’s your plan, your rules – you’re in complete control. If you wish to skip a delivery just call and let us know (it’s important you do this by the 30th of the month prior to despatch).

Similarly, if you wish to cancel your Wine Plan that’s easy. Because we want to make sure everything is tidied up and that you’re happy you will need to call us on 0800 80 9463 and talk to one of our Wine Advisors.

PLEASE NOTE: You can’t skip your delivery once it has been despatched.
