Semillon

Semillon is celebrated around the world as the great Australian white wine – the best examples come from the Hunter Valley and Barossa. Sémillon has great appeal; it’s herbaceous, with tangy lemon notes and fine fresh acidity. It can be wooded or unwooded, although the current trend is to stay away from oak.

Semillon is ideal with seafood or poultry and salad. It's also makes dessert wines that go extremely well with blue cheese.
