If you try a wine and don’t like it, for whatever reason, just call us and we’ll credit your account - this makes it completely risk free.
Your satisfaction – or your money back
Every wine we offer has received a medal-winning equivalent score from one of our expert Tasting Panel members who use New Zealand Wine Show judging criteria.
In the end, you’re the only judge who counts. If you don’t like a wine for any reason whatsoever, we will credit your account. It’s that simple.
Delivery’s guaranteed too
All wines are fully guaranteed against breakage or loss in transit.
When you order you’ll be told when you can expect your case to arrive (in outlying areas, delivery will be made to your local agent). We’ll replace or credit your account for anything you order, but don’t receive.
